Changes requiring customer action

At LSEG we are simplifying our brand, making it easier for customers to discover and access the full range of our capabilities. As part of this simplification, Refinitiv is rebranding to LSEG. You will already have noticed a number of these changes in the last few months, however we still have some alignment to complete to ensure there is a consistent customer experience. Some of these changes may require customer action to ensure services and integrations continue to work properly, for example where domain names or email addresses change from Refinitiv to LSEG. Please review the below to identify where you might be impacted and click through the PCN links where available for more information on action required.

What branding changes took place in July 2024 relative to billing?

We made visual changes to invoices to align to the new brand. All legal entities and payment details remain the same:

  • Invoices and billing documents were rebranded. This means that logos have been updated to the LSEG logo and some minor references to Refinitiv have been removed.
  • New invoice email alerts that you receive are from Lseg.Billing@mg.lseg.com. This may require the need to update firewall security.
  • In June 2024, the MyAccount (formerly MyRefinitiv) URL changed to https://myaccount.lseg.com . Related links have been updated in invoices and invoice email alerts accordingly.
  • Legal entities remain the same.
  • All billing accounts and payment details remain the same. Please continue to follow the ‘How to Pay’ guidance contained within your invoice.

These invoice changes took place in July 2024 and are reflected on invoices from mid-July onwards.
